World Gratitude Day Special Yoga Class with Donna McMullin, RYT 

Friday, September 21st, 6:00 - 7:15.  

This is a FREE class but if you would like to make a cash donation to the Food Bank YC will forward the donations.

Gratitude - "The quality of being thankful; readiness to show appreciation for and to return kindness."  Show gratitude to yourself and join us for a free yoga class. Come with no expectations for the practice except to show appreciation for all that your body does for you.

This multi-level class is a perfect mix of Hatha, Yin and Restorative yoga styles and includes a variety of poses selected to enhance your overall well-being.  Practice "where you are;" modifications and props will be used to help you stretch, release, relax, and recharge.


Meditation with Beth Youmans, PhD

Saturdays, 10:15-11:15am

Drop-ins welcome $18.  

Would you like to be calmer? Have more focus? Be more patient? Worry less? Lower your blood pressure?

The health benefits of meditation are numerous but often it is the improved quality of life that hooks people.

This class is user-friendly. You do not have to sit on the floor. You do not have to have a spiritual goal for you meditation. You are not expected to have a blank mind.   It is an informal and supportive class. Just bring an open mind!


Gentle and Restorative Yoga with Kathy Kelly, RYT

Friday, September 28th, 7:00-8:15pm, $18

Enjoy the end-of-the-week opportunity to release and relax.  It is an excellent way to start the weekend.  Restorative yoga helps us re-energize while nurturing body, mind and spirit.  Props are used and the class is appropriate for all level students.
